Spa Booking Assistant provides automated customer communication and booking assistance for spa and massage salons through Facebook Messenger.

Service Description

The application helps answer customer questions, provide salon information, support multilingual communication, and forward booking requests to salon staff.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• abuse the service
• send spam or malicious content
• attempt unauthorized access to the system
• use the service for illegal or harmful activities

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services including:

• Meta Messenger Platform
• Telegram
• AI translation providers

Limitation of Liability

Spa Booking Assistant is not responsible for salon operational decisions, missed appointments, third-party platform outages, or translation inaccuracies.

Changes

These Terms may be updated in the future as the service evolves.
